Installed mainly in the H-steel sections of buildings where seismic retrofitting work has been completed at the Bunkka Apartments, a metropolitan housing complex in Sumida-ku, Tokyo.

The construction was carried out in several phases, several buildings at a time, in accordance with the budget for the fiscal year.
